At NextGenStore, we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Period

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

You must provide the proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items on Clearance or Final Sale.

Perishable goods or personalized/customized items.

4. Return Process (How to initiate a return)

Provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the issue (especially if the item is damaged or defective).

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item received was damaged/wrong).
5. Refunds & Exchanges

For Damaged/Wrong Products: We offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Refund Method (Pakistan/COD): For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within [3 to 5] working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method (Prepaid): If you paid online via card, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within [7 to 10] business days.
