3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call to verify your order and delivery address before dispatching.

Unverified orders will automatically be canceled after [48 hours].
4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or Email containing the courier partner name (e.g., Leopard, TCS, Trax, Postex) and a Tracking Number.

5. Damages and Issues

6. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the order will be canceled.
