1. Order Processing Time

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Our shipping charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call to verify your order and delivery address before dispatching.

  • Unverified orders will automatically be canceled after [48 hours].

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or Email containing the courier partner name (e.g., Leopard, TCS, Trax, Postex) and a Tracking Number.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the respective courier's website.

5. Damages and Issues

  • If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/photo proof of the unboxing, and we will send a free replacement.

6. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address, city, and phone number are 100% correct at checkout.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the order will be canceled.
